## Description

* Greet customers warmly and provide comprehensive assistance with storage unit rentals, lease agreements, and account inquiries
 * Manage lease or rental agreement documentation accurately using property management software
 * Conduct facility tours, oversee unit access, and ensure security protocols are followed at all times
 * Process payments, upsell additional storage options or services, and maintain detailed financial records
 * Handle client communication professionally via phone and in person, addressing questions related to lease terms, policies, or billing issues
 * Maintain organized filing systems for legal documents, contracts, and tenant records in compliance with Fair Housing regulations and legal standards
 * Coordinate with maintenance teams for property upkeep and report any issues related to property maintenance or facilities management
