Experience (Required) * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Writer, or related documentation professional. * Experience documenting requirements, workflows, user stories, and system specifications. * Experience creating user guides, release notes, and API documentation. * Experience supporting Agile software development environments. * Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Technical Knowledge (Required) * Strong understanding of requirements analysis, documentation methodologies, and Agile delivery. * Ability to produce clear, structured, and technically accurate documentation. * Familiarity with API concepts and integration documentation. Technical Knowledge (Preferred) * Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile toolsets. * Familiarity with DoD or federal IT environments.
