## About the Role

* 15+ years of experience in .NET application development and architecture
 * Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, Core, and Microservices
 * Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, CloudFormation, API Gateway, IAM, CloudWatch)
 * Experience designing and implementing scalable, cloud-native applications
 * Strong knowledge of REST APIs, event-driven architecture, and messaging services
 * Experience with SQL Server and/or NoSQL databases
 * CI/CD using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins
 * Containerization using Docker and Kubernetes is preferred
 * Strong understanding of system design, security, performance optimization, and best practices
 * Excellent stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills, * Target candidates with recent experience as .NET Architect, Solution Architect, or Technical Architect.
 * Must have hands-on AWS architecture experience, not just exposure.
 * Experience in the Financial Services domain is highly preferred.
 * Prior experience leading architecture, design reviews, and mentoring development teams is a plus.
 * Preference for candidates located in or willing to relocate to Charlotte, NC.
