A bachelor's degree can be substituted for 4 years of additional experience. * Four (4) or more years of experience in Software Development * Proficiency in Java programming language and familiarity with Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate, Apache Camel) * Experience with web development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web application frameworks (e.g., Spring MVC, Thymeleaf) * Familiarity with relational databases and SQL (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL) * Knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum * Proven expertise to design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and implement high-quality code Preferred Qualifications: * Master's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Information Technology. * Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React) and modern web development tools * Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms like AWS or Azure * Hands-on experience with container orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes * Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows Clearance Requirements: * Must hold a current/active Secret security clearance.
