## About the Role

Ideal Background: Project/program management experience, documentation management, runbook creation, and user access management; comfort managing a portfolio of concurrent initiatives and reporting status to senior stakeholders., * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, IT, or related field

 * 5+ years in a Business Analysis role leading project and process management
 + 3+ years in program/project management, ideally in a SaaS or platform operations environment
 * Familiarity with Salesforce tool and creating Salesforce reports and dashboards.
 * Excellent written communication for weekly digest/status reporting to leadership
 * Slack platform tools a strong plus(AI)

## Description

Day-to-Day:

 * Process improvements
 * Salesforce reporting and dashboards
 * Metrics creation and tracking
 * Operational documentation
 * Runbooks
 * Process documentation
 * Training materials
 + Will support internal training around:
o Intake/Triage processes
o AI tool launches
o Internal AI adoption and enablement

Skill sets:

 * Salesforce
 + Reports
 + Dashboards
 + Metrics
 * Salesforce Admin/configuration experience is considered a nice-to-have, but not required.
