Preferred Skills and Experience * Experience supporting Department of Defense command and control, satellite communications, or other mission-critical systems. * Experience leading system integration, deployment, or modernization initiatives in secure enterprise environments. * Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere or equivalent * Experience administering Windows and Linux enterprise operating systems. * Experience with enterprise networking concepts including routing, switching, firewalls, and network troubleshooting. * Experience with infrastructure automation using PowerShell, Ansible, or similar technologies. * Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, or containerized applications. * Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevSecOps practices. * Experience working in air-gapped or classified environments. * Experience coordinating activities across Engineering, Development, Test, Cybersecurity, and Operations organizations. * Previous experience leading technical teams or mentoring engineers. #LI-Onsite ## Description Readiness Delivered. In Colorado Springs, CO, we are pleased to offer the role of Integration/Deployment Engineering Lead. The Integration/Deployment Lead is a newly established position responsible for the technical planning, coordination, and execution of all integration and deployment activities associated with a new Task Order. This position is the focal point between Engineering, Development, Test, Cyber, and Operations to ensure new capabilities are successfully integrated, validated, deployed, and transitioned into operational sustainment.
