* Collaborate across product, go-to-market, engineering, and operations to help ship real features with user impact
 * Design and consume RESTful APIs and work with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
 * Make decisions under uncertainty without waiting for permission
 * Apply hands-on full-stack development skills (TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js) and work with React
 * Show a proven track record of delivering products or features that users engage with
 * Maintain a portfolio or examples of shipped work to illustrate capabilities
 * Operate in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership and accountability
 * Be remote-friendly with ability to work across time zones and travel as needed, * Ability to work across functions (product, GTM, engineering, operations) and collaborate with diverse teams
 * Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with relational databases
 * Comfort making decisions under ambiguity and taking ownership
 * Hands-on experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and Node.js; experience with React
 * A portfolio or examples of shipped work that demonstrate impact
 * Experience in a startup environment with high ownership
 * Remote-friendly with ability to work across time zones; occasional travel may be required
