One (1) year of professional experience with office automation software, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe products, including developing, maintaining, and publishing technical documentation, procedures, reports, analytical tools, and knowledge Base content to support Software Asset Management (SAM) functions. Ability to gain and maintain effective working relationships with associates, vendors, clients and others.
