## About the Role

* 10+ years of experience in engineering program management, preferably in a large-scale, data-driven technology organization
 * Demonstrated track record of delivering complex software projects on time and with quality in a fast-paced environment
 * Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to drive alignment across engineering, product, finance, and operations stakeholders
 * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical and operational concepts to stakeholders at all levels
 * Proven ability to see around corners - identifying risks, dependencies, and organizational blockers early and driving resolution proactively
 * Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a relevant field required; MS, MBA, or other advanced degree a plus, * Experience managing tooling or platform engineering programs in a cloud infrastructure or capacity planning environment
 * Working knowledge of capacity planning concepts, infrastructure forecasting, or cloud financial operations
 * Familiarity with data engineering workflows and an ability to partner effectively with data and analytics teams
 * Knowledge of modern infrastructure technologies, frameworks, and methodologies
 * Experience driving automation initiatives that replace manual processes with scalable, reliable tooling

In this role, you will be the connective tissue between engineering, product, finance, and operations teams - keeping roadmaps on track, anticipating risks before they materialize, and ensuring that our tooling capabilities stay ahead of the organization's needs.
