The role is responsible for supporting database environments, Salesforce Service Cloud administration, system automation, application enhancements, user access management, and operational support activities. This isn't just an analyst role. The ideal candidate combines technical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills and enjoys working across business and technical teams to ensure systems remain reliable, secure, and efficient.
