Your work will influence how models learn, reason, and perform. No prior AI experience is required, domain knowledge and backend expertise matter most. micro1 is an AI data lab that converts real-world subject matter knowledge into training data and evaluations for frontier models, with contributors from finance, healthcare, STEM engineering, and more.
