This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and our customer-facing teams, and is critical to how we deliver value to customers and unlock new revenue. You'll be responsible for maturing our existing integrations - improving depth, reliability, and the range of configurations we support - while also defining how we scale our ERP coverage efficiently. This is a highly cross-functional, execution-oriented role where you'll work side-by-side with engineering every day - shaping technical decisions, prioritizing tradeoffs, and driving integrations from concept through launch. You'll also engage directly with customers and partners to understand real-world workflows and define how Tabs can scale ERP coverage over time. If you enjoy solving complex systems problems, working cross-functionally, and owning a critical product surface end-to-end, this role is for you. How We Work * We work hard. Short sprints, weekly ship goals, and rapid feedback cycles. Built around intra-month product releases. * We work smart. Get in front of the customer, use both data and customer feedback to drive decisions, while keeping the bigger picture in the back of our minds. * We work together. In-office culture with people that you want to work with. Lots of whiteboard space. Expense coffee, lunch and dinner when in the office. What You'll Work On Deepen and mature our existing integrations * Own the roadmap for our four live ERP integrations - NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, and Rillet * Expand the range of ERP configurations and workflows we support natively, moving beyond standard use cases to handle the complexity real enterprise customers bring * Build scalable, configurable solutions that work for a class of customers - reducing the need for implementation workarounds and one-off customizations * Improve self-serviceability so customers can stand up and manage integrations with less reliance on our teams Expand our ERP coverage strategically * Define a strategy for supporting a significantly broader set of ERPs, recognizing that direct native integrations may not be the right approach for every system * Identify which ERPs represent the highest revenue and expansion opportunity and prioritize accordingly * Define how we can expand ERP coverage through strategic partnerships with systems integrators (SIs), value-added resellers (VARs), and middleware platforms - balancing native integrations with scalable partner-led approaches. Own the build-vs-partner decision Own the integration product end-to-end * Define and maintain the integration roadmap, balancing near-term customer commitments with long-term platform scalability * Operate as a true day-to-day partner to engineering - participating deeply in technical discussions, making tradeoff decisions together, and helping the team navigate complex integration constraints and edge cases * Engage directly with customers to understand requirements, validate solutions, and make real-time judgment calls about what to build and what to decline * Establish best practices for how Tabs builds, maintains, and evolves integrations as the surface grows ## Related Videos - [Why make use of an integration platform in today's software developments and infrastructure?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/758-why-make-use-of-an-integration-platform-in-today-s-software-developments-and-infrastructure) - [Swapping a Data Warehouse at Runtime: Zero-Downtime Migration Without Changing a Single Client](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100311-swapping-a-data-warehouse-at-runtime-zero-downtime-migration-without-changing-a-single-client) - [Launching a marketplace on-time: A lesson in taking shortcuts using spreadsheets!](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/477-launching-a-marketplace-on-time-a-lesson-in-taking-shortcuts-using-spreadsheets) - [Azure AI Foundry for Developers: Open Tools, Scalable Agents, Real Impact](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1541-azure-ai-foundry-for-developers-open-tools-scalable-agents-real-impact) - [Recruitment Reinvented: Bold strategies and the $10K signing incentive](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1068-recruitment-reinvented-bold-strategies-and-the-10k-signing-incentive) - [The Data Mesh as the end of the Datalake as we know it](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/156-the-data-mesh-as-the-end-of-the-datalake-as-we-know-it) ## Related Articles - [Events like RSAC Get You CISOs.
