Proficiency in administering Atlassian Cloud products (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence).

 - Strong understanding of Atlassian automation, workflow schemes, permission schemes, and project configurations.

 - Experience supporting platform integrations and APIs (e.g., Slack, GitHub, Insight, REST APIs).

 - Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and incident management skills.

 - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Light Coding experience
