Responsible for facilitating Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) processes and program execution, drive successful releases, escalate impediments, manage risk, and help drive program-level continuous improvement. Facilitate program level work within the Avalara SDLC framework and coordinate all teams across the organization. Maintain oversight to Dependency Management, facilitate Scrum of Scrum meetings and drive a set of software programs through the life cycle to successful completion and maintenance.
