 * Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior leadership.
 * High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities., * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
 * 5-7 years of experience in Technology Business Management, IT Finance, Operations, or a related field.
 * Experience supporting senior Technology leadership.
 * Experience managing operational budgets and financial forecasting.
 * Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
 * Knowledge of technology organizations and IT operations.
 * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

## Description

* Partner with Technology leadership to support financial planning, workforce management, reporting, and governance across the Technology organization.
 * Maintain rolling financial forecasts by integrating workforce changes, project timelines, vendor activities, and contract milestones.
 * Analyze budgets, financial performance, and variances, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
 * Ensure the accuracy of budgets, cost centers, funding information, and financial reporting.
 * Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for Technology leadership.
 * Coordinate leadership meetings, governance activities, agendas, and follow-up action items.
 * Maintain workforce reporting, including headcount, organizational changes, onboarding, offboarding, and staffing updates.
 * Coordinate with HR and cross-functional stakeholders on workforce planning and operational initiatives.
 * Track vendor contracts, contractor data, renewals, and associated financial impacts.
 * Support technology portfolio planning by monitoring project timelines, dependencies, budgets, and resource allocations.
