Work Authorization/Security Clearance Requirements: U.S. citizenship Active DoD security clearance strongly preferred; must be able to obtain and maintain one ## Description As a Director for Boston Fusion, you will have the opportunity to own the technical direction, financial success, and business growth of a significant portion of our project portfolio, leading complex research and development efforts in AI, autonomy, counter-AI, and human/machine teaming for the national security community. This role will lead technical and business development teams, shape and win new work with our core DoD/IC customers, and develop the people who make our research possible - all while collaborating with company leadership on corporate strategy and program execution.
