* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE); Master's degree (MSEE) preferred
 * 0-5 years of experience focused on high-speed digital and/or microprocessor design
 * Proven familiarity with FPGA development, VHDL, and simulation tools
 * Proficiency in C programming language
 * Experience with schematic design and layout tools such as SolidWorks, OrCAD, Hyperlinks, and Allegro
 * Strong documentation skills and keen attention to detail

Nice to Have Skills:

 * Prior experience with debugging microprocessor-based PCBs
 * Knowledge of digital signal processing (DSP)
 * Exposure to telecommunications hardware or systems
 * Familiarity with security clearance processes

Preferred Education and Experience:

 * Entry-level to mid-level engineers with a solid foundation in digital hardware design are encouraged to apply
 * Prior internship or project experience in high-speed digital or telecommunication hardware is advantageous
