## Description

The R&D Gerber AccuMark Digital Design & Development Specialist is responsible for creating, digitizing, and managing sewing patterns and production data to support product development. This role utilizes Gerber AccuMark, Adobe Illustrator, and Excel to develop accurate patterns, markers, and costing data while supporting efficient manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a working knowledge of sewing., * · Digitize sewing patterns using Gerber AccuMark

 * · Develop and maintain cut markers in Gerber AccuMark
 * · Create and modify digital pattern designs
 * · Utilize Adobe Illustrator for design and documentation
 * · Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) in Excel
 * · Support time studies and production efficiency analysis
 * · Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, and Production teams
 * · Troubleshoot pattern and marker issues
 * · Maintain organized digital records
 * · Support continuous improvement initiatives
