In this role you will build the web applications and dashboards that leaders across the enterprise rely on to make decisions, translating dense datasets into visualizations that are accurate, performant, and a pleasure to use. You will own features end to end, from the data layer and APIs through to a polished, responsive React front end. You'll work across a nimble, action-oriented team, partnering closely with Portfolio Management and business stakeholders to understand the questions behind the data and design interfaces that answer them/tell a story. Ideal candidates pair strong full-stack engineering fundamentals with a genuine eye for UI/UX and a track record of making complicated information feel simple. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of technology. What You'll Do: * Build and own full-stack features end to end: data models, APIs, and a modern React front end, delivering intuitive dashboards and visualizations over complex, high-volume datasets. * Translate ambiguous business questions and dense data into clear, elegant, and interactive user experiences that both technical and non-technical audiences can act on. * Partner with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to shape requirements, prototype quickly, and iterate feedback. * Care about craft: responsive layouts, accessibility, performance, and thoughtful interaction design, not just correct data. * Tackle complex problems with a first-principles mindset and a natural inclination toward simple, maintainable solutions. * Mentor and partner with other engineers to share best practices and raise the quality bar across the team., * Design and implement performant data-visualization components and dashboards that render large or streaming datasets without sacrificing clarity or speed. * Build and maintain the backend services and query layers that feed those experiences, ensuring data is fast, correct, and secure. * Embrace rapid iteration: prioritize speed and learning by delivering minimum lovable products and evolving them through continuous feedback. * Support project planning and execution: help prioritize work, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality code. * Collaborate with engineers and business partners to align priorities, define goals, and deliver impactful outcomes. * Continuously refine engineering practices and champion improvements that elevate team performance and product excellence. ## Related Videos - [Navigating the Corporate Jungle: Life as a Developer in a large Company](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/621-navigating-the-corporate-jungle-life-as-a-developer-in-a-large-company) - [Improving quality with Agentic AI with Rovo Dev and Xray](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/2005-improving-quality-with-agentic-ai-with-rovo-dev-and-xray) - [Reducing LLM Calls with Vector Search Patterns - Raphael De Lio (Redis)](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1714-reducing-llm-calls-with-vector-search-patterns-raphael-de-lio-redis) - [Docker Compose: Rediscovered](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1978-docker-compose-rediscovered) - [Grappling With Clunky Old Software?
