You are skilled at collaborating with diverse teams * You can learn and drive outcomes with minimal supervision * You excel at managing complexity, staying highly organized, and keeping track of details without feeling overwhelmed You have a bias towards action, and gravitate towards environments where you have outsized influence on the success of outcomes for customers and colleagues, * Experience in Influencer, affiliate, and performance marketing processes * Experience working with ecommerce brands and/or retailers ## Description We are looking for an experienced Implementation Manager to lead the customer implementation process from start-to-finish. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers to the AspireIQ platform. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders with the goal of providing a seamless implementation process and exceptional customer service throughout the cycle. You will partner closely with prospective and new customers to understand their objectives, map their priorities, and build out an implementation plan that is tailor-fit to ensure they achieve success on our platform., * Manage a portfolio of multiple projects at a time.
