As a Production Supervisor, you'll drive the daily execution of a designated value stream, leading a high-performing team to safely produce quality products that support critical defense capabilities. You'll champion continuous improvement, develop your team, and ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Production Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 p.m.-3:30 a.m., with overtime on Fridays as business needs require., * Provide leadership and direction to a team of individuals within the value stream. * Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards. * Implement Lean or Agile principles to optimize processes within the value stream. * Identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes. * Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency. * Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the team. * Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure that products or services meet defined quality standards. * Implement corrective actions and preventive measures as necessary. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations within the value stream. * Foster effective communication and teamwork.
