We pride ourselves in being a company where people are happy and choose to build a career. ## Description The VP Enterprise AI Enablement is a senior, enterprise-wide leadership role responsible for accelerating the effective adoption and practical use of artificial intelligence across the organization, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. The role is designed to drive measurable improvements in productivity, speed, accuracy, decision quality, and professional execution through the disciplined and widespread application of AI across all functions of the business. This includes-but is not limited to-operations, engineering, supply chain, finance, legal, human resources, commercial functions, and executive decision-making. This position has been established as a Board-level strategic priority to ensure the company remains competitive, expands margin, and continues to perform at a level consistent with a global industry leader. Organizational Context * Approximately $2.5B in annual revenue * Multinational manufacturing and industrial enterprise * Strong focus on earnings performance, operational excellence, and competitive differentiation * Complex, globally distributed organization with mature leadership and functional depth Role Scope and Intent This role is focused on enterprise enablement and value creation , not technology ownership.
