Architect and implement new system features, providing accurate development estimates and timelines. Lead technical design sessions and establish sustainable, high performing solutions. Propose and refine technical architecture for evolving system needs. Continuously improve existing tools, frameworks, and development processes. Team Leadership & Collaboration Organize team development activities and define standard development practices. Mentor and lead junior developers, promoting technical growth and collaboration. Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders. Collaborate with peers and cross functional contributors to ensure alignment and delivery success. Technical Execution Write and review high quality source code, primarily in Java, using modern frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate). Deploy and maintain applications within AWS environments. Integrate complex data sources and ensure smooth end to end data flows across systems. Build and extend solutions using Power Platform applications where appropriate. Participate in testing efforts and troubleshoot complex technical issues with thoughtful, elegant solutions.
