As a first-line manager, you provide both technical leadership and people management for your team, overseeing key projects and initiatives as well as ensuring day-to-day operations operate effectively. As the senior member of your functional team, you are a member of the Cyber Monitoring and Incident Response Team (CMIR) and as a result may be tasked with responding to cyber incidents outside of normal work hours.
