Experience working within Agile/Scrum software development environments.

Preferred Skills
Experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure SQL.

## Description

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle and SQL Server database administration, performance tuning, data modeling, database migrations, disaster recovery, and Azure SQL. This position will work closely with application development teams in an Agile environment to design, optimize, and modernize enterprise database solutions., Administer and support Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and Azure SQL databases.
Design, implement, and maintain logical and physical database models.
Plan and execute Oracle-to-Azure SQL database migrations.
Convert Oracle Stored Procedures and Functions to Azure SQL.
Implement backup, recovery, replication, clustering, and disaster recovery solutions.
Monitor database health and proactively resolve performance bottlenecks.
Ensure database security, integrity, availability, and compliance.
