This is a hands-on technical role requiring strong ownership, accountability, and the ability to drive complex, regulated initiatives from design through implementation and support. You will operate as a senior individual contributor and technical lead - architecting solutions and building them, not just overseeing them. Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end design, development, and support of Salesforce and marketing technology initiatives across the Lead to Cash cutover and BAU roadmap * Design, develop, and support solutions across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud (MCAE / MCA), and Data Cloud * Lead the Salesforce MCAE (Pardot)-to-Marketing Cloud Advanced migration, including automation flows, campaign automations, and form handlers * Build and support integrations between Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Qualtrics, 6sense, Openprise, AEM, and other enterprise systems * Support customer data unification, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation in Data Cloud * Drive legacy Salesforce migration (BAU-to-LTC) and platform consolidation initiatives * Troubleshoot complex integration, sync, data-quality, and deployment-pipeline issues across environments * Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, Legal/Privacy, and Architecture teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions, Equinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.
