Education and Experience: * Typically 3 to 8 years in Mainframe development. * At least 1 to 2 years hands-on MText experience. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT or related field. ## Description * Develop and maintain MText (MetaText) templates for document generation (letters, statements, notices). * Work on mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, CICS, and DB2. * Analyze business requirements and translate them into MText layouts and logic. * Debug and resolve production issues related to document formatting and generation. * Perform unit testing and support system integration testing (SIT) and UAT. * Optimize batch processing jobs for efficiency. * Collaborate with business analysts and QA teams.
