 * Experience with Talent/Performance calibration cycles

## Description

* Serve as functional lead for Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Performance Management modules
 * Engage directly with senior client stakeholders to gather requirements and advise on solution design
 * Configure and support Oracle HCM Core HR and Performance business processes
 * Translate business requirements into system configuration and process recommendations
 * Support testing, validation, and stakeholder sign-off
