This position offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge communications and defense technologies while working alongside talented engineering and program teams., * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. * Experience developing, decomposing, allocating, and managing system and subsystem requirements. * Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) concepts, methodologies, and tools. * Experience developing system architectures and subsystem design definitions. * Proficiency with SysML modeling using tools such as Cameo, MagicDraw, or IBM Rational Rhapsody. * Experience using IBM DOORS (or similar requirements management tools). * Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. * Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles within engineering programs. * Experience participating in configuration management, change management, and formal peer review processes. * Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams and interact with customers and external stakeholders., * Experience supporting defense, aerospace, or military communications programs. * Knowledge of radio frequency (RF) communications systems, including VLF, LF, HF, V/UHF, and MILSATCOM technologies. * Experience supporting system integration, verification, and validation activities for complex hardware and software systems. * Familiarity with the complete systems engineering lifecycle, from requirements development through system verification and production support. * Experience supporting technical proposals, competitive pursuits, and customer-facing engineering activities. * Active U.S. Security Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one is preferred. ## Description We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to support the design, development, integration, and verification of advanced communications and defense systems.
