* 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Technical PM in Salesforce projects
 * Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Flows, Apex, and LWC
 * Experience with Agile/Scrum, backlog management, user story writing, and acceptance criteria
 * Knowledge of Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft) and data migration concepts
 * Familiarity with Salesforce Data Modeling, ETL/Data Migration, and Data Governance
 * Experience with Generative AI/Agentic AI tools and Salesforce Einstein AI/Agent force
 * Salesforce Administrator certification (mandatory); Platform App Builder or Business Analyst certification preferred, * Stakeholder management
 * Strong communication and presentation skills
 * Agile/Scrum facilitation
 * Prioritization and decision-making
 * Cross-functional collaboration
 * Problem-solving and ownership
