## Description

* Hands on coding skills, partner who is versed on the tech side, automates systems, general dashboarding, helps with data pipelines, A.I. would be a plus, workfront experience, M360, Tableau exp, Python exp a plus and etc., Build and maintain automation workflows using Python, SQL, Power Automate, Fusion, and API integrations to streamline creative operations.
Develop dashboards and visualizations using Tableau (or similar tools) to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for creative and marketing stakeholders.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand creative and marketing goals, and translate those into technical solutions that drive efficiency and insight.
Integrate external data sources (e.g., social, behavioral, performance) to generate predictive trends that inform campaign planning and creative strategy.
Support experimentation with Agentic AI and LLM-based tools to enhance creative ideation, content generation, and workflow optimization.
Stay current on emerging technologies and recommend tools that can be rapidly deployed to support marketing agility.
Proficient in Python, SQL, and automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Fusion).
Experience building and maintaining Tableau data visualizations.
Experience automating data workflows.
Experience working with APIs and integrating disparate data sources.
Familiarity with creative operations models and marketing execution environments.
Exposure to AI/ML tools and frameworks.
