Preferred Qualifications * Experience selling on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Back Market, Best Buy, or other online marketplaces. * Experience with inventory management or eCommerce platforms (e.g., Quipt, ChannelAdvisor, Linnworks, Seller Central, etc.). * Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI/reporting tools. * Experience in consumer electronics, wireless, or refurbished products. * Transportation or logistics coordination experience. ## Description The E-Commerce Operations Analyst is responsible for optimizing pricing and profitability across multiple e-commerce marketplaces, maintaining listing accuracy, developing business reporting, improving inventory performance, and supporting operational projects. Working closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Customer Support, and Transportation teams, you'll support marketplace performance across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Back Market, Best Buy, and B2B channels. Approximately 10-20% of the role will support transportation and liquidation activities. Key measures of success include: * Pricing optimization and profitability improvement * Marketplace listing accuracy * Reporting and business insights * Improved inventory turns and reduced aging inventory * Cross-functional project execution and process improvement * Effective shipment and liquidation coordination, Pricing, Inventory & Marketplace Management * Analyze pricing, costs, margins, and competitive market trends to optimize profitability. * Monitor inventory performance and recommend allocation strategies across sales channels. * Improve inventory turns and support liquidation efforts. * Create, maintain, and optimize marketplace listings across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Back Market, Best Buy, and other platforms.Ensure accuracy of product content, pricing, inventory, and promotional data. Reporting & Analytics * Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking for sales, inventory, profitability, and marketplace performance. * Analyze business trends and provide actionable recommendations.Support forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities. Project & Process Improvement * Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and operational projects. * Track project milestones and deliverables. * Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and scalability.Support implementation of new systems, integrations, and reporting tools.
