Desired Skills * Scripting experience (Shell, Python, PowerShell, or Perl). * Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). * Experience working in ITIL-based environments. * Understanding of DevOps and automation practices., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * 3+ years of experience administering IBM Sterling File Transfer solutions. * Experience supporting production environments and critical business applications. * Relevant IBM certifications are a plus.
