## About the Role

* 5+ years of IT support or desktop support experience.
 * Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and endpoint hardware.
 * Experience with ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system.
 * Experience with PC imaging, hardware deployments, and asset management.
 * Law firm experience is a plus.
 * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)., * Excellent communication and customer service skills.
 * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
 * Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
 * Self-motivated team player who can work independently and collaboratively.
 * Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information.

## Description

* Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for escalated hardware, software, and network issues.
 * Manage and resolve support tickets using ServiceNow while meeting SLA requirements.
 * Install, configure, repair, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and audiovisual equipment.
 * Support Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, and Cisco video conferencing systems.
 * Troubleshoot Windows 11, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, Exchange, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP issues.
 * Assist with PC imaging, hardware deployments, asset management, and office moves.
 * Support local network infrastructure, print services, and software testing.
 * Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to the IT knowledge base.
 * Deliver exceptional customer service while collaborating with IT teams and business users.
