Preferred: * Experience supporting server, networking, data-center, or computer hardware products. * Familiarity with Redfish, IPMI, BIOS, BMC, POST, or related system-management and diagnostic technologies. * Experience supporting NPI, pilot builds, product transfer, or manufacturing ramp-up. * Experience with board-level troubleshooting, soldering, component replacement, or hardware rework. ## Description A leading computer hardware manufacturer is seeking a Hardware Engineer to support the testing, troubleshooting, and production readiness of servers, networking equipment, and personal computing devices. This position is part of the Engineering Services team and works across engineering, operations, and production to provide technical expertise in electronics, operational software, and hardware systems integration. The Hardware Engineer will take ownership of test environments, independently execute verification and scale-testing procedures, investigate hardware failures, and provide hands-on support during new product introduction and production ramp-up. This position offers the opportunity to work with complex computing systems while contributing directly to product reliability, manufacturability, and quality.
