Bonus Skills: * Professional certification such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or APICS CSCP. * Deep experience with global ERP/WMS implementations and e-commerce ecosystem integrations (e.g., Shopify Plus). * Prior experience in management consulting or a "Head of Staff" role within a global operations function. ## Description As the Operations Program Lead, Strategic Initiatives, you will be the "right hand" to our fulfillment leadership, acting as the primary architect for our most critical scaling initiatives. From launching new regional distribution hubs to re-engineering our NPI (New Product Introduction) readiness, you will translate executive vision into the physical reality of a world-class supply chain.
