This role is ideal for someone who understands both technology and operations and can bridge the gap between business processes, automation strategy, AI tools, and scalable workflow design. You will work closely with leadership to identify operational opportunities, design intelligent workflows, improve efficiency, and help shape the future of AI-driven business operations across multiple departments and client environments., * Design and implement AI-driven workflows and automation systems * Architect scalable operational processes across internal and client-facing environments * Build and optimize workflow automations using AI and integration platforms * Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through AI and automation * Integrate systems, APIs, CRMs, and operational tools * Collaborate with leadership on AI strategy and implementation planning * Support automation initiatives across operations, reporting, compliance, customer service, and internal systems * Evaluate and recommend AI tools, platforms, and workflow improvements * Assist with solution design, process mapping, and implementation planning * Participate in strategic discussions, client meetings, and solution conversations where required Working Hours This role operates within EST working hours and requires consistent overlap with the U.S.-based leadership team.
