## Description

We are seeking a Workday Recruiting Analyst to enhance our Recruiting module by ensuring configuration, data integrity, and troubleshooting efforts are maintained. This role involves collaborating with HCM stakeholders to convert business requirements into scalable Workday solutions, ensuring seamless data operations across integrations and data loads.

Workday Recruiting Analyst - Responsibilities:

 * Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday Recruiting configurations
 * Manage and support Workday integrations, EIBs, and data loads
 * Build and maintain complex reports and datasets using advanced Excel functions (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation)
 * Troubleshoot Workday system issues, identify root causes, and implement configuration-based fixes
 * Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to manage priorities and communicate progress proactively
