## About the Role

* 2-4 years of hands-on paid search / SEM experience, ideally in a multi-location, franchise, or healthcare environment, experience with direct response marketing is a must

 * Deep working knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Local Services Ads) and Meta Ads, with comfort executing within the ad platforms

 * Experience managing or coordinating with external agencies

 * Comfort with analytics and BI platforms (Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or similar)

 * Familiarity with AI-assisted analysis tools (such as Claude) is a plus

 * Detail-oriented, self-directed, and able to manage many accounts and stakeholders without letting things slip

 * Strong communicator who can translate performance data into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical stakeholders and franchise owners

## Description

* Build, structure, and maintain campaigns at the clinic, market, and DMA level, geo and radius targeting, location assets, ad copy, extensions, and ongoing negative keyword management

 * Own budget pacing ensuring spending efficiency across our Franchise managed Ad.Works accounts

 * Serve as the in-house point of accountability for AFC's search agency - QA campaign work, pressure-test recommendations, and ensure deliverables tie to business outcomes rather than activity

 * Manage bid strategies (tCPA / tROAS), audience layering, and Performance Max assets against patient-acquisition goals

 * Communicate performance effectively to various Franchise owners, explaining impact to clinic, strategic next steps, answer ad hoc questions
