## About the Role

* Experience in HRIS, HR Technology, Business Analysis, or a related field.
 * Hands-on experience supporting HR applications and business processes.
 * Strong skills in requirements gathering, testing, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
 * Broad knowledge of multiple HR functional areas; Benefits experience is a plus.
 * PeopleSoft experience is preferred, though extensive PeopleSoft Benefits expertise is not required.
 * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
 * Resourceful, hands-on professional who can effectively collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.

## Description

* Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
 * Serve as a liaison between HR program owners, IT teams, and technology vendors.
 * Support HR system enhancements, defects, and production issues.
 * Investigate system and process issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and vendors.
 * Perform functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
 * Document end-to-end business processes, SOPs, and cross-functional impacts.
 * Assist with reporting, queries, training materials, and knowledge transfer.
 * Support HR technology initiatives across multiple functional areas, with a focus beyond Benefits.
