* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
 * 5 10+ years of experience in program management, engineering, or technical product roles.
 * Demonstrated experience managing large scale, complex, cross functional programs.
 * Experience in Data Conversion and Data Migration Programs
 * Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Needs to be proactive & own delivery
 * Proven ability to influence without authority in a matrixed environment.
 * We DO NOT require a project coordinator. We require true Technical Project Manager.

## Description

* Drive end to end program delivery across engineering, product, operations, and business teams.
 * Develop detailed program plans, timelines, roadmaps, status reports, and communication frameworks.
 * Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers-proactively drive mitigation strategies.
 * Lead cross functional meetings and ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and deliverables.
 * Partner closely with engineering leads to define technical requirements, architecture impacts, and solution trade offs.
 * Understand APIs, systems design, data flows, and cloud architectures to effectively guide technical discussions.
 * Translate complex technical information into clear business insights for leadership.
 * Serve as the primary contact for program status, issues, planning, and communications.
 * Influence senior leaders and decision makers to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
 * Manage expectations and ensure alignment across engineering, product, design, operations, security, and support teams.
 * Establish and improve scalable processes, best practices, and governance structures.
 * Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban).
 * Track KPIs and metrics to measure program health and performance.
