## Description

* Oversee and stabilize the final phase of SAP S/4HANA implementation.
 * Lead defect triage, tracking, and resolution across workstreams.
 * Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies are met on schedule.
 * Manage cross-functional coordination among IT, business, and FIRE stakeholders.
 * Maintain alignment with PMO governance, reporting, and documentation standards.
 * Communicate project risks, progress, and mitigation plans to leadership.
 * Support continuous improvement and readiness for future system enhancements.
