## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
 * 4-7 years of experience in business analysis or process improvement
 * Experience with ERP systems and business workflows

 * Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
 * Gather and document functional and technical requirements
 * Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
 * Support ERP system implementation, enhancement, and maintenance
 * Develop process maps and workflow documentation
 * Conduct data analysis and generate reports and dashboards
 * Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives
 * Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions
 * Ensure data integrity and system efficiency, * Master's degree in a related field
 * PMP, Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt/Green Belt), or similar certification
 * Strong experience in process optimization and change management
 * Experience with data analytics and reporting tools
