Work Experience: * 10+ years of engineering experience * 6+ years of experience with leading engineering teams (Hands-on experience in the field while leading) * Experience with compliance structures * Experience with leading/working in a start-up environment (Preferred) * Experience with AI/Machine Learning * Experience with regulated industries like healthcare, government, finance, or higher education * System Architecture and Data Model Experience Education: * Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in computer science or related field required, advanced degree preferred. Other: * Must be able to travel occasionally should a business need arise. For most roles travel would not be common. Travel may involve plane, car or metro. In accordance with ADA policies, reasonable accommodations regarding travel limitations can be provided. Travel will be more common for roles such as Account Executives (25 - 50%), senior leaders (10 - 20%) or Capella Core Faculty (5 - 10%). * Ability to work onsite in Corporate or Campus location (in a typical office environment) may be required based on role. The role is responsible for leveraging modern AI capabilities to drive innovation in a responsible and practical way. It focuses on building and optimizing systems that combine workflow orchestration, cloud infrastructure, and applied AI to improve efficiency, decision-making, and overall product value. This role also ensures that emerging technologies are integrated safely and effectively into production systems.
