## About the Role

* 10+ years of senior-level System Administrator experience in enterprise production environments
 * Extensive experience with:
 * Microsoft Azure (Hybrid Infrastructure)
 * Microsoft Exchange (Hybrid/Multi-Org)
 * Microsoft Active Directory (Multi-Forest)
 * PowerShell and/or Unix Shell Scripting
 * Strong experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure
 * Experience with Windows Server, DNS, PKI, Group Policy, SCCM, Entra Connect, SQL Server, migration tools, and enterprise troubleshooting is highly preferred.

## Description

* Design and support hybrid Azure and Exchange environments
 * Administer enterprise Active Directory and Windows/Unix systems
 * Lead infrastructure projects and troubleshoot complex enterprise environments
 * Develop and maintain scalable enterprise IT solutions
 * Mentor junior technical staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Important: This role requires true senior-level production experience. Experience limited to account provisioning, user creation, training, or lab environments will not qualify.
