## Description

This role will provide entry level help desk and tech support for a Windows based environment.

 * Responsible for basic computer setup and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams
 * Some basic knowledge of networking, including Wi-Fi, is plus.
 * Set up computers for new hires and other employees and help them with basic tasks such as setting up printers, and software
 * Help users with Android and iPhone setup and troubleshooting.
 * Occasionally running data cables, such as Cat6.
