The goal will be to help the organization to understand and manage its business by creating and analyzing data and metrics across the functions that drive results. This position is also responsible for creating and supporting the management reporting needs of the organization, with significant focus on support of the Finance and Actuarial Departments., * Work across the organization to design and implement solutions that affect change in how the business is understood and managed through data management. * Support the corporate level management and regulatory reporting requirements. * Assist the organization in identifying business requirements through joint collaboration or workshops as necessary. * Support the modernization of legacy systems throughout the organization. * Assist in the design and implementation of services and tools required to advance our digital innovation strategies (for example: enterprise databases, data warehouse, SaaS, APIs, chat services, etc.). * Assist with the overall architecture and design of outward facing systems.
