Duties include; Facility checks, routine maintenance and adjustments of the equipment, basic troubleshooting of equipment issues. * Working with more experienced FSEs, following their direction closely in performing maintenance and repairs. * Take full advantage of all on-the-job training opportunities provided, take thorough notes and demonstrate your ability to repeat procedures learned. * Follow the site leader's directives and prioritization to ensure uninterrupted operation of customer's equipment and high customer satisfaction. * Responsible for providing timely service in an effective and efficient manner. Coordinate with site manager as necessary. * Provide On-Call/Stand-By Support as needed on a rotational basis including after normal service hours, weekends and holidays. * Provide Shift coverage as required by the site service contract requirements. * Travel internationally and domestically for Training and Site coverage support as requested by the service management team. * Site to Site support within the US for coverage and training. Up to 2 mos. at a time. * Support Logistics management by tracking, replacing, and proper ship-back procedures for spare parts.
