This strategic role encompasses project management, team leadership, client-facing technical consultation and close collaboration with other departments to fulfill the company's data needs and business goals., * Team Leadership: Manage and mentor data engineers, setting clear goals and expectations, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. * Strategic Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and success of complex data engineering projects.
