Please describe. * Do you have more than 2 years of practical on hands experience with assessing, planning, configuration and troubleshooting VLAN tagged networks including programing VLAN's on commercial routers and switches? Experience: * Network support: 5 years (Preferred) ## Description This position will be an advanced IT tech who will be in charge of: * Network installations/Tech release - under the supervision of the CEO and Operations Manager * Break Fix - under the supervision of the CEO and Operations Manager * Assist with staging configurations- under the supervision of the Operations Manager * Support of the Firewall Validations and contract consultations under the supervision of the CEO This position will be primarily remote with flexibility when appropriate. Up to 20% travel required for training and installation oversight. This position will report directly to the Operations Manager and CEO with tasks assigned from others on an as needed basis. Necessary Skills: Working with limited supervision this position will provide primary lead and advanced technical design and support for network installations, break/fix and general IT support. Manage and triage issues and escalate as necessary. Must be able to work with a diverse customer base with varying levels of technical knowledge with a customer first point of view.
